2023- Present

Performs quality control testing for Army Training and Development’s eight (8) software applications. Compiles detailed meeting minutes for distribution to government officials to facilitate informed decision-making. Manages daily Human Resources tasks.

Accomplishments: maintains a 99% testing accuracy rate and 100% compliance with Army SOPs.

Specialty Pharmacy 

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in specialty medication regimens and their respective insurance requirements. Navigate complex insurance procedures and patient assistance requirements, advocating for patient access for affordable healthcare. Develop and refine workflows and procedures to uphold accreditation standards for URAC and ASHP, emphasizing efficiency and quality assurance. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to pharmacists and technicians, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate pharmacy processes and software effectively.
